Price quote requests. Your name, email address, phone number, and company name entered when completing a quote request on this website may be used to contact you regarding the submitted quote request.
Newsletter. You can use this website to subscribe to the newsletter. In this case, the information provided will be utilized exclusively to inform you about our products and events we participate in, and for direct marketing and advertising purposes.
Other purposes. You can submit personal data (such as name, email address, phone number, company name) for purposes other than those mentioned above. In any case, the purpose for which you are asked to provide information is very clearly stated. We will not use your data for purposes other than those specified at the time of data entry.

right to rectification – you possess the entitlement to request Atu Advertising SRL to correct any inaccurate personal data pertaining to you, and you also have the right to request the completion of any incomplete personal data; Atu Advertising SRL will notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any rectifications made to such data, unless this is not feasible or requires disproportionate effort, and will inform you about these recipients upon your request.
right to erasure – you have the right to obtain from Atu Advertising SRL the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and Atu Advertising SRL has the obligation to erase such data when: (1) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; (2) you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal ground for processing; (3) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; (4) personal data have been unlawfully processed; (5) personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation to which Atu Advertising SRL is subject under Union law or Romanian law; Atu Advertising SRL will communicate any erasure of such data to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort, and will inform you about these recipients if you request it;
